End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Xcelerate Recruiting for the use of the Xcelerate Recruiting mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription options:

• Pro Monthly: $29.99 per month
• Pro Annual: $249.00 per year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property rights are and remain the property of Xcelerate Recruiting. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Xcelerate Recruiting.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that use of the App will result in college recruitment or athletic scholarships.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL XCELERATE RECRUITING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
