Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Xcelerate Recruiting mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Xcelerate Recruiting is a college football recruiting platform that helps high school athletes connect with college coaches. The Service includes coach search, AI recruiting assistant, outreach tools, and optional paid subscription features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Xcelerate Recruiting offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to coach search, AI assistant, and limited daily outreach (5 contacts per day).
• Pro Monthly ($29.99/month): AI Recruiting Agent, unlimited outreach, real-time coach signals, and campaign management. Auto-renews monthly.
• Pro Annual ($249/year): Same Pro features at a discounted annual rate. Auto-renews annually.

Payment is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to coaches
• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Xcelerate Recruiting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (profile information, messages, film links). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that coaches will respond to outreach or that use of the Service will result in college recruitment or athletic scholarships.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xcelerate Recruiting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Profile tab. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
